Reminder: exporter and buying-agent licence renewals open at LACRA
Members trading in the coming season should renew regulatory licences before the main crop. The cluster desk can help prepare files.
The Liberia Agricultural Commodities Regulatory Authority (LACRA) licenses actors in the cocoa trade, including buying agents and exporters. Members intending to trade in the 2026/27 season should begin renewals now rather than during main-crop pressure.
Typical files include business registration, tax clearance, warehouse details and past-season declarations. The cluster secretariat maintains a checklist in the document library and can review files before submission - a service included in SME and Corporate membership.
This is a demo summary for illustration. Confirm current requirements and fees directly with LACRA before filing.
